I am getting an error each time I try to upload documents in pre-existing and new folders for the TRANSFORM SC project. It indicated a yellow triangle error that says HTML error--Using runtime HTML? I have also tried a variety of file sizes and types to ensure it wasn't something associated with a particular file or file type. I was going to attach a screen shot of my problem, but I have the same problem on this screen uploading a file as well. Can you advise me? Thanks in advance, Sarah
This function allows multiple people to work on the same document without creating conflicting copies. If you need to edit a document from a folder, first click the “Check Out” button. This will lock the folder so that no one else can make any changes to any documents in that folder. It will also create a comment to alert other users that you have checked out the folder and the time it was checked out. Even if you navigate away to a different page or close down your browser, the lock will remain on the folder until you “Check In”.
Check In: After you click the “Check Out” button, the page will automatically refresh and will be replaced with a “Check In” button. You can replace existing files by clicking the Edit button next to them. You can also remove them completely. The recommended way is to upload a new file and use naming conventions to keep track of all document edits. Don’t forget to save before exiting the page!
Only Atrium administrators can create new spaces and sections.
Spaces are used for projects or large groups. Subspaces can be added for individual working groups. Sections organize content and include: calendars, tasks, document folders, and discussions.
Spaces are customized for each individual project through an initial consultation. During the consultation, a diagram will be created to outline your need for subspaces, sections, and teams. A list of users and their roles within the project will also be developed.
